When you book a ride, Neek Taxi Service LLC. (powered by Meterly) sends SMS updates about your booking — confirmation, driver assignment, on-the-way, arrival, and cancellation. You opt in by entering your phone number, completing one-time-password verification, and ticking the consent checkbox during booking. Message frequency varies by booking activity (typically up to 6 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy and Terms. Your mobile number and consent are used only to deliver these booking messages and are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing.
